  • OASIS: Arkansas’ First Emotional Health Conference for Professionals Set to Launch

    [Fort Smith, Arkansas] — OASIS: An Emotional Health Conference for Professionals, the first of its kind in Arkansas, is officially set to take place on March 6, 2025 at ACHE Research Institute Health & Wellness Center. OASIS is hosted by Monarch 61 Project. This groundbreaking conference is designed to provide caring professionals with an innovative toolkit to foster resilience, career longevity, and personal growth.

    OASIS is tailored to meet the needs of nurses, social care workers, counselors, business leaders, advocates, educators, and ministers—those on the frontlines of compassionate care and leadership. With a focus on emotional resilience, boundaries, workplace health, and secondary trauma, OASIS will deliver the practical strategies and support needed to thrive in high-pressure environments. 

    Highlights of OASIS include:

    •  Keynote presentation from a leading expert in emotional health and workplace well-being.
    • Interactive sessions and workshops on burnout prevention, self-care for leaders, life satisfaction, and career sustainability. 
    • A self-care room curated with interactive resilience-building activities led by UAFS nursing students with clinical experience.
