FORT SMITH, Ark. (Oct. 3, 2024) – Arvest Bank has promoted Ben Boerjan to branch sales manager of the bank’s Cloverleaf branch in Van Buren.
Boerjan has nine years of banking experience, beginning with Arvest in 2015. He most recently served as an Arvest relationship banker, and his new role focuses on whole branch operations. Boerjan will now be responsible for training and developing branch associates, modeling how to build strong customer relationships and serve customers better, meeting with strategic partners and going on sales calls.
