Art is a dynamic speaker with areas of focus in business acquisitions/partner buyouts, owner-occupied commercial real estate projects, and working capital for growth. Prior to joining Regions, Art practiced healthcare regulatory law and commercial real estate law for the past five years. He also worked as a congressional staffer in Washington, DC before attending law school.
