GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

The Government Affairs Committee works with our elected officials to advocate on behalf of the Van Buren business community to maintain a pro-business climate in our town, county, and state. The committee hosts events exclusively for Chamber members with an elected official as the special guest. Past events have included “Conversation with the Congressman” with special guest Congressman Steve Womack, "Coffee with the Senator" with special guest Senator John Boozman, and forums with our State Legislators to give updates on the 2023 Legislative System.
